Improve My Signal Refund Policy
Hopefully you won’t need to return your product but we like to be fair with our customers and tell them about our returns policy before purchasing! We’re nice like that!
The HiBoost range of signal boosters are designed to give a professional signal booster experience; as the price suggests these aren’t the standard plug and play signal booster – you will need to follow our instructions to get the most from your new signal booster.
We can only accept a return and provide a refund if the unit is deemed to be faulty or was ordered in error (the box must not have been opened).
You’ve got a 14 day period from the point of purchase to notify us via email that you wish to return your item(s) and a further 14 days for this to be received at our warehouse. Once we receive your item(s) we will be able to confirm whether or not the item is faulty. Once we have confirmed that the item is faulty we will contact you to offer the choice of a replacement item of the same specification or a full refund. Should our engineers be unable to find a fault with the unit we will contact you to confirm this and the unit will be returned to you within 5 working days.
Prior to requesting a replacement or a refund, please contact us to arrange for one our engineers to try and help you resolve your installation issues. We’re a friendly bunch and we’re always happy to help. Should you need further assistance with installation, our professional services team will be happy to provide you with a quote for a full professional installation.
